What’s Written in the Stars, Planets and a Wall with Jeanne Mozier

What’s Written in the Stars, Planets and a Wall with Jeanne Mozier

April 18, 2019

Astrology is so much more than reading the Sunday horoscope. It's about making sense of the patterns and cycles in the universe. Consider this, the Berlin Wall went up and came down during similar astrological patterns. We happen to be in this similar pattern again, and there is now talk of putting up another wall. Coincidence? Maybe, but there just may be more written in the stars and planets than we realize.

We are joined by Jeanne Mozier who provides more insight into astrology and dispels some common myths and misunderstandings.

For those of you who may be skeptical, take a listen to what Jeanne has to say ... who by the way started off as a skeptic herself as a research analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency. Oh, and that Berlin Wall thing. Jeanne predicted it to the day, six months before the wall came crumbling down.

Creating a Positive Corporate Culture with Dennis Ford - Part 2

April 11, 2019

Part 2 our interview with Dennis Ford.

Changing and improving corporate culture is not creating another sales strategy or a putting ping-pong table in the break room. It's about developing a respectful, happy, joyful, supportive workplace where workers feel empowered and engaged.

When 80% of US workers are un-engaged, and negative culture costs $550 billion each year ... even when organizations spend over $100 billion in traditional rewards ... something is wrong.

We are joined by Dennis Ford, an amazing guy and flying trapeze buddy, who is also an expert in corporate culture. Learn how to develop a corporate culture of respect, trust, empathy, and compassion. You'll also see that compassion and empathy are really a strength, not a weakness in the business world.

You can learn more about Dennis at: QLPNow.com and grab his book "Monetize Your Culture" on Amazon.

Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and also helps achieve peak performance (used by top athletes, actors, etc...). In this episode we discuss how it works and can be a quicker way for releasing unresolved trauma and unlocking potential than traditional talk therapy which can often take years.

We are joined by Gregg Unterberger, M.Ed. a licensed professional counselor and international workshop presenter who works with individuals and couples suffering with depression, anxiety, phobias, grief, relationship issues and plain old garden variety stress.

Put Some Magic in Your Life

Put Some Magic in Your Life

March 21, 2019

Do you remember going to magic shows as a child and experiencing a sense of awe and wonder? Sometimes as adults we let the magic go, and fall into common, ordinary, normal lives. Life is made up of serendipitous experiences, and if we are looking for them, we can see magic all around us in our daily life.

A magician doing magic tricks by themselves is called practice. When they are in front of an audience, those tricks become magic and everyone in the room can experience the awe and wonder. Ingredients sitting on the kitchen counter is not a cake until they are put together in the right order and the reactions with the other ingredients happen.

The energy and interplay of people when the come together creates magic, so go put some magic in your life.

Unlocking the Power of Teams with Teresa Kwon

Unlocking the Power of Teams with Teresa Kwon

March 14, 2019

One of the biggest ways to unlock your own potential is to unlock the power of your team, and it doesn't mean beating employees with a stick to make them more "productive." You do it through loyalty, love and treating them as a human beings. Having values alignment, empowering others, and focusing on nurturing the right culture are keys to unlocking teams. When you do this, employees will love you and be willing to work and die for you, and btw you won't have to worry about "motivating" them all the time, since they will already be self motivated. If you want a stronger team, here's how to do it.

We are joined by our special guest Teresa Kwon, a leadership coach that helps online entrepreneurs scale their businesses, build strong cultures, and develop a leader mindset.

Hypnosis is NOT A Circus Freak Show

Hypnosis is NOT A Circus Freak Show

March 7, 2019

If you went to the county fair as a child you may have seen stage hypnosis shows that often feel like a circus freak show. People doing silly antics on the stage (e.g. clucking like a chicken), but that is not what hypnosis is really about. Hypnosis is nothing to be afraid of ... we hypnotize ourselves without even realizing it all the time ... and it is a powerful tool to help us tap into our sub-conscious mind.

Instead of trying to use consciousness to fix the sub-conscious brain, why not go right to the source. We can spend years in talk therapy, or we can tap directly into our sub-conscious and get quicker results. In this episode we explain the process and benefits of hypnosis from a hypnotherapist and patient point of view.
